It was great! Positive: I liked how the layout was, how everything was easy to find. Lights were bright but the lights behind the tv set a chill mood. And wasn’t too far from Tescos at all. Negative: I didn’t like that the big bathroom shower was difficult to use. Something was wrong with the nozzle and it was difficult having a shower in the bathroom. In the bedroom with the two single beds the curtain rail didn’t look very safe. Looked broken. I never got the chance to take photos because I was a little poorly.

Poor customer service Positive: Liked that it was in a gated development Negative: Poor response from managers, I left an item behind and despite me calling the twice immediately and emailed them, their cleaners went in and disposed of my belongings

Nice location with parking but very tired apartment Positive: Great location, car park Negative: Stayed in flat 164, the oven doesn't work, shower valve hanging off the wall, lounge window doesn't close properly and no tourist information at all, we'll be looking elsewhere when we stay again

Cold, Uncomfortable and Stressful Positive: We made the best out of the flat given our circumstances and the way we were treated. Negative: The heating and hot water wasn’t working and we had it confirmed by the cleaner who came the day after we reported an issue that there was a maintenance issue and had to bring portable heaters to the apartment, and when they tried to give us another room it was too late, as they originally said when the cleaner came round that they couldn’t offer it, and when they could it was the night before we were leaving. The communication was horrendous because it was all via text and I had to send videos and pictures rather than talk to someone, because the issue could have been highlighted and acted on much quicker. It caused a lot of anxiety and ruined our trip, and I still haven’t heard back from them about making things right other than them offering an extra two hours check out plus another apartment too late. We were in a freezing cold apartment in the middle of winter and the fact that they still haven’t reached out and apologised is atrocious and is not acceptable.
