xcellent Stay – Great Service and Spacious Accommodation Negative: Excellent Stay – Great Service and Spacious Accommodation I had a very pleasant stay at City Apartments in Birmingham. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Allocated parking with security was a big plus, especially in the city. There were a couple of minor issues at the beginning, but Hassan was absolutely brilliant – he responded immediately and had everything sorted in no time. His helpful and professional attitude really made a difference. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended

Never again Negative: We had to wait outside the property for nearly 2 hours as the key was not in the key safe. When we got inside, there were dirty towels on the floor in the 1st bathroom, and someone had used the toilet in the 2nd bathroom, leaving their number 2 deposit in the toilet. There was damage throughout the property; damaged headboard, missing drawer handles, kitchen knife with a missing tip (dangerous), and the 2nd door entrance didn't open (health & safety issue) . I contacted the main point of contact and was promised a full clean the following day - this did not happen. I was advised to take photos of the damage to ensure I would get my deposit back -.therefore I spent the evening taking photos of all the issues to make sure I did not lose the deposit due to someone else's behaviour.
