Cosy City Centre Mint Apartment with parking

Disappointing stay due to poor facilities, parking, and maintenance issues Positive: Property was nice location not far from town centre and good security Negative: When we first drove into the parking we had problems following the instructions given for the parking spaces. When we did find the parking space it was quite tight space and it ended up scarping the side of the car. There were no lines to separate the parking spaces and we got a note saying we shouldn’t park in two parking spaces but if we tried to park any further it would have hit the pole. We also had difficulty finding the block as there weren’t many signs about to locate us. When we entered the property we saw the bed frame in one of the bedrooms were broken and there were stains on the wall. There was also a foul damp smell in the en suite bathroom. In the kitchen we saw that some of the cutlery like the plates were chipped. The shower was very hard to control the temperature and either had boiling hot water or ice cold water no in between. The TV was very slow and sometimes didn’t work. We were disappointed with these facilities

Great apartment in a great location for exploring Birmingham! Positive: What a find! A two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a secured building with underground parking and only a 20 minute walk into the centre. Negative: The signage to the apartment itself could be improved.

A perfect little apartment for a weekend getaway whether with friends or family allowing you to unwind and relax. Positive: This property exceeded my expectations, amazing service through out our stay, cleanliness was a clear priority in this property and 24/7 on site security made you feel safe. Their service is marked by efficiency and punctuality, the host went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect; proactive customer service, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others looking to stay in Birmingham Negative: N/A

Highly recommend for families. Positive: Fantastic safe secure location ample parking large apartment, we stayed in a 2 bed apartment with three single beds and 1 Double. A main bathroom and ensuite as well great for families. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Negative: No criticism we managed absolutely fine. The whole point of being on a short break is enjoying the time with family in a safe secure place.
