Cosy City Centre Mint Apartment with parking

Secure, free parking, good value for money, clean, fantastic location, great hosts. Positive: The property was secure, locked gates on each exit and entrance. Well lit and maintained to a very high standard. People were friendly too. My apartment was huge, and had all the facilities you could need. Hot water and a decent shower, towels were nice and soft too. I struggled at first to find my apartment and the hosts were very quick to help me. The free underground parking was brilliant. All in all a very succesful stay, I recommended to fellow colleagues and will return myself when I’m back in Birmingham. Thankyou Negative: For me it was the mattress that was my only gripe, was very firm but it’s all down to personal preference.

Positive: Absolutely fantastic host! Very clear instructions on how to get into this maze of an apartment block as there are 10 blocks in total in this gated community! I arrived late at night and the security guard wasnt there so the host called him and within mins he opened the gate for me THE PICS ON THE LISTING DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE!!! It was so much nicer in person. Very quiet area. I booked in the summer, the apartment was so hot I had to leave the front door open LOL but I felt very safe to do this as there is a video doorbell outside the door. The host was really lovely bringing me 2 brand new fans the next day too. I cant rate him enough, his customer service was top notch and the check in details were fantastic and very clear. I had no problem finding where to park and how to get to the apartment Negative: The kitchen floor wasnt very clean, the couch needs replacing as there were stains on it and the fridge freezer was turned off when I arrived which made it inconvenient for me as I travelled with refrigerated food. The host did explain the reason why it was off but this wasnt something I was expecting so next time I will have to remind myself to ask him to tell the cleaners to leave it on haha. Also just a personal preference but I think a ziplock bed would be better then 2 singles, but despite these things I would book again and would recommend
