Definitely recommend and better than a hotel room Positive: Lovely size apartment. Provided facilities, kitchen items etc were plentiful. Location is perfect for Birmingham. Onsite security guard was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely book again should I be looking to stay in Birmingham again. Negative: There was an occasional strong drain smell coming from the main bathroom.

Amazing Positive: It was lovely had 2 bathrooms so made it easier to get ready so clean and spacious. Negative: Everything was amazing even down to the outside staff and the owner was lovely and very helpful

While the apartment itself was clean, tidy and basic but suitable, the surrounding area felt quite unsettled at times, e Positive: It was spacious and not far from where we needed to be. Negative: It was very warm and some fixtures and fittings needed attention. There are no curtains, only slatted blinds, so with the summer nights/mornings and security lights, it felt like perpetual daylight! Don’t put too much stock in the noise ‘controls,’ the area itself is very noisy.

Bed full of pubes. Positive: Location Negative: The bedding hadn't been changed. It was full of pubic hair and had stains. We only uncovered this at 1am when our children were already asleep. We complained and declined the offer of another presumably unclean alternative flat, and were offered a refund for the second night, and a refund of the cleaning fee. They actually only refunded a token £100 so we lost out financially booking elsewhere and our entire stay in Birmingham was ruined by the sleepless night.
