Fair enough but much improvable Positive: Good and quiet location. Negative: There was a broken curtain in the living room, so, no privacy. The kitchen had the oven broken, with a nail dangerously pointing outside… it wasn’t safe for the children. The matresses weren’t very comfortable… And it wasn’t clean enough when we first arrived…

Positive: Location and had everything you need for the week away. Negative: Need blackout curtains other then that would be a 10

Positive: Great size apartment very clean with all the facilities needed with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms in a nice area in Birmingham in the jewellery quarter with plenty of shops pubs and restaurants all close by in walking distance. Was perfect for our trip to the Cheltenham races could easily walk to new street station the one day it rained an uber only cost 5pound. We found it great value for money and would highly recommend.

Great location, very fairly priced and well worth booking. Positive: It was secure, well lit and had 24hour secured entry. The location was great and it was easy to get to by car. I used it for a weekend business trip and it served me and my colleague really well.
