Cosy City Centre Mint Apartment with parking

Girls weekend Positive: Apartment was spotlessly clean , easy to find and not far from where we wanted to be , everything was in place and beds and bedding very comfy , lovely free parking which was very handy and secure , apartment was spacious too as there was four of us Negative: All good

Positive: The apartment is lovely, very clean, spacious and well presented. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. Having free, underground parking was very useful. Great location only 10 minutes walk from the metro and 30 minutes walk from the city centre, in a gated complex so very safe. There's a supermarket opposite which is convenient for self-catering. Negative: Few small niggles - unpleasant smell in the hallway cupboard, shower head leaked and a bread knife would have been useful. It is quite loud - being right on the busy ring road means lots of sirens all hours of the day and night and cars either racing past or sitting in traffic beeping their horns. The building is very creaky and you can hear everyone coming and going, our upstairs neighbours were very loud and kept us awake till 1am on our last night.

Look at the above comments. Overall I was disappointed. Positive: underground parking. location. beds. Negative: Hot water ran out on second day. Not acceptable for a family of five. The fan didn't work in the living room. There was NO free internet. Again, totally unacceptable. The provider TalkTalk asked for a payment! No extra towels. Pans and utensils could be better. Salt and pepper should be provided...at least!
