Cosy City Centre Mint Apartment with parking

Birmingham apartment Positive: The location was excellent for our purposes Negative: The signage to indicate the location of the block for the apartment needs to be present

Excellent base for a Birmingham stay Positive: Very comfortable and well presented two bedroom apartment close to the centre of Birmingham. There are also a couple of good restaurants nearby that do good breakfasts and also a good pub eatery, The Button Factory, within a short walk. The security guards were very helpful on arrival, and the apartments were very quiet. The entry and exit procedure to the apartment was well explained and efficient, and the underground car parking was a great asset for my stay. Negative: The lighting in the underground car park was quite dim, no fault of the apartment owners.

Clean accomodation with parking Positive: The property manager provided assistance as we had problems with the TVs. It was not resolved but they tried to get it fixed. Negative: We booked on the day - message and email with directions and codes were delayed. I could not open the detailed instructions from the booking.com app and could not access my emails to open the attachment. So it too a while to work out how to get in. Even when u opened thebdetsoled instructions- it did not include instructions to our unit in block 8

Positive: It was an immaculate and well presented accommodation and had absolutely everything required. Host was easy to correspond with and replied to queries in a quick and timely manner
